Welcome to the first Sip Session with Ease! For the first session of this new series, Erika and sommelier Spencer English will take you around the world with the refreshing chilled white known as sauvignon blanc. We will be pouring 4 different expressions of this single popular grape to showcase the different flavors you'll see from popular Savvy B regions: New Zealand, South Africa, France and Napa Valley, California.
You will also enjoy small bites specially paired to each wine, along with discussion led by Spencer and Erika, tasting notes and written information on each wine.
