Welcome to the first Sip Session with Ease! For the first session of this new series, Erika and sommelier Spencer English will take you around the world with the refreshing chilled white known as sauvignon blanc. We will be pouring 4 different expressions of this single popular grape to showcase the different flavors you'll see from popular Savvy B regions: New Zealand, South Africa, France and Napa Valley, California.

You will also enjoy small bites specially paired to each wine, along with discussion led by Spencer and Erika, tasting notes and written information on each wine. Please join us for a fun and refreshing new way to enjoy wine and find some Ease! Seating is very limited for these events, so don't delay.

On Friday, February 14th, Ease Supper Club & Bistro will be dedicated to elevating love in all its forms. We are offering quiet little tables for two and serving a special Valentine's prix fixe menu with limited seatings at 6 pm, 7:30 pm and 8 pm. To celebrate Valentine’s Day, we are bringing you our second Murder Mystery Supper Club - Murder in Monte Carlo! This 1960s-themed event will take place in a glam Monte Carlo casino, with a mystery to solve and new friends to make. You'll enjoy a champagne reception, followed by a full high-end casino style buffet meal, along with the opportunity to play a role in the mystery. All tickets will include the welcome reception, the meal and the mystery. We also offer an add on to your ticket to include wine throughout the evening. Go here for all the info and to get your tickets.

This will be a smaller group than our typical Supper Club so that we can focus on the mystery! At checkout, you can choose whether you'd like a primary or a supporting role in the mystery and everything you need to know about your character, including suggested costume ideas, will be provided to you. And don't worry - there are no lines to memorize or speeches required. This is a very amateur-friendly event, I promise. Tickets are $95 per person and the wine add on is an additional $25.

Travel with Ease down to LA - Lower Arkansas - for an elevated take on all of your favorite comfort food. This menu will be so good, you might think that your Memaw in Dallas County has gotten a Michelin Star, except that we will let you have wine with your supper (as an add on). Nestled in the intimate setting of our cozy Park Hill clubhouse, we will explore one of my favorite food regions through the lens of three cuisines: Greece, Italy and France.

The series concludes with my very favorite cuisine, France, and we have added a second seating on December 5th to bring you an inventive five course meal, including a wine or mocktail pairing with each course.
